Hunter's Blessing is a great starter because once evolved you get some great basic attack damage, mp5, and attack speed.
However, you can rush your Transcendence if preferred.
sell Asi for Bloodforge or any other lifesteal item. However I do recommend Bloodforge becuase of the passive, specifically in late-game teamfights.
Warrior Tabi is bought if you want more physical power early game. While Ninja Tabi is bought if you want more attack speed. This should be based on your playstyle
Personally, I always go for Ninja Tabi because you will be getting more physical power in the late game anyway and Chernobog gets very high attack speed from his Vicious Barrage ability.
Transcendence: Mainly used on ability-based hunters because of the huge mana that this item provides. Making you stay in-lane longer. On top of that, it provides 98 physical power once evolved.
Devourer's Gauntlet: provides great early sustain because of the lifesteal and therefore is no need of buying another lifesteal item such as Bloodforge
Personally, I like to "spam" Chernobog's Crystallized Curses & Vicious Barrage constantly. If you prefer more basic attacks, then opt for Devourer's Gauntlet.
Again all based on playstyle.
So there is only 1 physical lifesteal item left and that is Soul Eater. This item is quite controversial, especially on hunters.
Soul Eater has very nice stats but personally I have a hard time to fit the item into my build. Soul Eater requires a lot of ability usage but Chernobog is not 100% ability based.
just things to think about before going the Soul Eater route.
With the Devourer's Gauntlet build, it allows some early sustain and more crit with your 6th item being wind demon or any other critical chance item.
Rage: can be substituted in for Poisoned Star or wind demon. However, does need to be stacked for optimal effect.
Brawler's Beat Stick: Great item for physical gods to counter healing. However since you are ADC you should be building The Executioner for more damage while support, solo, or jungler build anti-heal.
Jotunn's Wrath: Great item when the enemy comp is tanky, however, Qin's Sais is more optimal. Plus the jungler is likely to build Jotunn's Wrath already.
Ichaival: Great mid-game item if more attack speed is desired and is very cost efficient. NOTE: sell the item for Odysseus' Bow late game

What's going on ladies and gentlemen, my name is Tokarev and I love playing SMITE mainly on the XBOX ( I know right? what a noob :D) however, I do dabble on the PC from time to time. This is officially my first guide, that I plan to maintain over time.
So who is Chernobog? He is an ADC hunter who relies on attack speed and ability damage. So if you're having a tough time landing your autos then Chernobog or any other ADC isn't for you.
NOTE: I have also seen Chernobog being used in mid-lane by some pro-SMITE players in the most recent lan, so that might be becoming a thing...
Pros:
- Great wave clear with Crystallized Curses
- Provides AOE damage from Heart of Cold passive making it easy to stack items
- Slippery due to his escapes
- Living Nightmare is one of the best ultimates in the game
Cons:
- Mana thirsty early game (Don't spam abilities)
- Squishy
- must land combos
- Living Nightmare can backfire if not used properly

Crit Builds: 1. Devourers, Warrior/Ninja, Poisoned Star, Executioner, Deathbringer/Wind Demon (either order).
Or 2. Devourers, Ninja, Rage, Executioner, Deathbringer, Poisoned Star.
Start: Hunter's Blessing, Spiked Gauntlet, and 2 health and multi pots.
(Don't get Trans in a crit build, except, maybe this one: Trans, ninja, Rage, executioner, deathbringer, bloodforge, but it's not a build I recommend, feel free to test it though).
Qin's Builds (main one):
1. Devourers, Warrior, Executioner, Qins, Titans, Odysseus' Bow. (Recommended)
Other possible qins builds (To test):
(Also usually don't get crusher in a build with Devourer's, but again another build to test out: devourers, warrior, executioner, qins, odysseus' bow, crusher)
2. Trans, Warrior, Asi, Executioner, Qins, Titans.
3, Trans, Warrior, executioner, qins, bloodforge, Odysseus' Bow.
4. Trans, Warrior, Crusher, Executioner, Qins, Bloodforge.
5. Trans, Warrior, Asi, Executioner, Qins, Bloodforge.
And lastly, a build that 1 or 2 pros were using in ranked (outside of the main ones) I saw was: Transcendence, Warrior Tabi, The Crusher, Bloodforge, Titan's Bane, Odysseus' Bow. They started with tier 2 trans, 3 health and 3 mana pots I think. It's a build that im not sure about, but again test it out.

One more thing. I would put points into the ult whenever you can for the damage mitigation increase. But if you prefer to get dash on a lower cooldown thats fine as well.
You say Living Nightmare is one of the best ultimates in the game. I would say it's extremely dependent on the situation. It's global in a sense, but you can either only use it to take yourself out from being a target for a few seconds and then fall straight back down, or you have to fly to an enemy...that could be a bad situation.
Instead, if we're giving 4 pros, I would say instead of Heart of Cold (which is an interesting passive but not something I'd consider a notable pro, that he has great burst potential (via the 1-2 combo) and follow-up basics via the AS steroid. I wouldn't say all of that together, just "great burst potential" probably, but you get what I mean.
And for Living Nightmare, I would say it's a powerful offensive global ult.
Trans + crit isn't a popular thing. Most are going Devo's into crit like normal ADCs, or when they DO go Trans, it's typically with more of an ability function, with items like The Crusher, Soul Eater, and non-crit items.
I'm personally okay with your main build for general use. I feel it'll do just fine overall, but expect to get some questions from Kriega who keeps things on the meta course pretty hardcore.
Note that getting Trans over Devo's means, all other things being equal, you'll be behind the enemy's build if they go Devo's, with significantly less sustain in the early game, though you WILL be able to use your abilities to your "cold" heart's content.
The Crusher is maybe a questionable add in that alt build, though it can work to set up an earlier Qin's with the AS and flat pen. I'd sell it late-game if you did get it, but feel you might be better served with Ichaival there...cheaper, and better boxing, and again, just replace late.
So ill go through your bulleted points in order so its not confusing as to what I am talking about
FYI, I hope this list code thing works properly when I post this comment...
Still continuing on your 2nd bullet point with regard to Living Nightmare. I think that depending on your situation in-game it can be one of the best or worst ults in the game. Thats why I put Living Nightmare as a con as well. I just put it as "the best ult in the game" because with personal expereince i've always had major success with it simply because I constantly communicate with my team since I ususally play with friends through comms or if i played ranked there is usually at least 1 person who is in game-chat that I can coordinate with him while using Living Nightmare. I honestly beleive that this ult is soooooo good, with ganking opportunities and helping other lanes (solo, mid) if they are getting out-pressured. But if you feel as though I should still change that "pro" then by all means I will :)
Contiuning with your 5th bullet point, I've tested both builds, the traditional devo's into crit and the trans build and just had more success with trans. Thats why I posted the trans build as the priority while Devo's as an "alternative" I will add a soul eater build that entirely ability reliant in the future. I actually think that it will be fun to try out!!!
well I hope Kriega is in a good mood when commenting xD
Further responses:
I think I prefer the Trans build also. I haven't strayed too much from my original build concept. That 1-2 basic burst with high crit and power has a ton of potential.
ps. Kriega1 have mercy on my soul :D
