i disagree i think its fine Scylla as a whole is a balanced god in extreme ways her lack of health and defense makes up for the fact that she can do a lot of damage. her ultimate is unique and deadly if used right (most gods ults are) but to say its op? no, she can still be killed (rather easy) when she ults and if she misses she misses. and when she kills a god and is able to wipe the entire team its because the other team ****ed up and again a lot of gods ults have this same potential.

I would start with why you think is a good item on instead of which should give you enough time to escape a potential death. Sure urchin has mana and health, but mantle has more protections (thusly more effective health) and CDR. Besides, mana shouldn't be an issue by the time you pick either up.
