If you want to start with Tier 2 Acorn, dont a Healing Potion
Yes there is 7 items, Heartseeker can be replaced for Bumba's Hammer if you wish for that extra boost. Not required in my opinion but an option for you
Tap each threat level to view Ratatoskr’s threats
Recommended early core if you desire would be The Crusher. Sell it later on for any item you need.
Can use early or late game replacements as desired if you wish. Standard build can still shred through any protections.
If you are taking damage too much and need some Magical/Physical options of Defense.
If you decide to keep the Eye of the Jungle, upgrade it to Protector Of the Jungle. I would still recommend selling off them though. Do not upgrade Manikin Scepter, sell it when best possible.
I will say for starters, keep in mind that Ratatoskr is a squishy jungle character. He can even be a good solo character as well. His speed and abilities do make up for health and cooldowns. Playing him abilities well and accurate can be life or death sometimes. But overall he is a pretty easy and adorable god to play. One of my favorite assassins in the game. (Then again there isnt THAT many assassins to actually pick from anyways)
When playing a build with his Thickbark Acorn, your priority will to be hitting your Flurry (2nd Ability) both times on them the best you can. Having both Flurries hitting will lower their protections tremendously to use your Acorn Blast and Dart to finish them off.
Acorn of Yggdrasil (P)
Type:Passive
Ratasoskr replaces his boots with powerful acorns from the world tree. He can upgrade them anywhere at any time. Down side to that is he has to stop moving for it to upgrade and it takes a second or two
Dart
Type:Dash
Damage: 70/105/140/175/210 (+ 70% of your physical power)
Slow: 20/25/30/35/40%
Will pass through minions, damaging them. Traveling up to 55 units or hitting an enemy god. Hitting the god will slow them for 3 seconds. With Bristlebush Acorn, if hit, it will critically strike and pass through gods
Flurry
Type:Area
Damage: 25/40/55/70/85 (+ 25% of your physical power)
Maximum Damage: 100/160/220/280/340 (+ 100% of your physical power)
Physical Protection Reduction: 2/3/4/5/6 per tick
He spins around in an area, damaging and reducing enemy physical protection up to 4 times. Total of 24 protection reduced if all 4 hit. Thickbark Acorn will steal those reduced protections and gains an additional charge to Flurry
Acorn Blast
Type:Projectiles, Cone
Damage: 50/70/90/110/130 (+40% of your Physical Power) (per acorn)
Maximum Damage: 112/167/202/247/292 (+ 90% of your physical power)
Maximum Damage (5 acorns): 136/191/246/301/356 (+ 110% of your physical power)
Stun: 1 sec
He Fires off 3 acorns in a cone. Each acorn doing separate damage. Each acorn that does hit the same target will do 25% less damage down to a minimum of 25%. If all 3 hit, then the enemy is stunned for 1 second. Using the Thistlethron Acorn will fire 5 instead or 3 acorns. meaning more damage and more of a chance to stun.
Through The Cosmos
Type:Sky to Ground Target
Damage: 200/260/320/380/440 (+ 70% of your physical power)
Ratatoskr charges up and jumps into a branch from the tree of the worlds. Jumping 2 more times then getting the choice to land at a location. He can stay up for 5 seconds on the branches, 3 second reset for each jump. When landing he damages and knocks up all enemies in the area. Canceling early will make him jump at current location or when time depletes. If its in a location he cant jump, he will go to last valid location available to land
Evergreen Acorn
PASSIVE: When Ratatoskr deals damage to an enemy god with an ability he restores 7% of his Maximum Health and Mana.
Thickbark Acorn
PASSIVE: When Ratatoskr deals damage with an ability he restores 3% of his Maximum Health. Flurry now provides protections equal to the protections shred from enemy gods. Flurry gains an additional charge.
Bristlebush Acorn
PASSIVE: Dart deals 35% increased damage and can Critically Strike. When Dart damages an enemy Ratatoskr gains 10% Physical Lifesteal and 10% Basic Attack damage for 6s.
Thistlethorn Acorn
PASSIVE: Enemies hit by Acorn Blast are debuffed, taking 5% additional damage from Ratatoskr's abilities, stacking up to 3 times. Acorn Blast now fires 5 Acorns.
If you are Attacking an Enemy from Far Away:
which closes the distance, damages and knocks up the enemies
to drop their protections
to do some damage
if close enough still to do it again
to either finish or close the gap to Flurry again (2nd time)
Auto attack if needed to finish damage
If you are Attacking at Close Range to Start:
to drop protections
again to drop and cause damage further. Whilst gaining protections from your Thickbark Acorn
for that damage and stun if you hit all 3 acorns
to finish them off or close the gap
Auto Attack to finish them off just in case
In case they are low and running away to close the gap to restart or to send the god back to their fountain with respawn timer xD
